Well I am now on set 19 of my aligners. I have now finished on the bottom and am wearing the last set (number 17) as a retainer. There is one tooth on the bottom which refuses to move, which means when the top set have finished I will go back and we will send for another set of aligners to move the tooth to where it should be.
I am starting to notice a real difference on the top now which is so exciting! I cant WAIT to see the end result! I am getting slight staining where the attachments are so I am going to book in for a hygienist appointment to help with this. When I compare my first set of aligners to my current set it really spurs you on to keep going, the difference is amazing.

I have had a couple of sets just recently that have felt a bit sore for a day or so but it has passed and it just makes me realise that my teeth are moving-which is what I want. I am starting to get some gaps in the teeth that have been crossed over so my speech is a bit strange when my aligners are out. I feel more comfortable at the moment with them in which is a good thing, at least they are clear and dont knock my confidence. I shall keep going!!!
