Luan van Huet - Practice Receptionist

Luan has worked at Hampsteads since it opened its doors 1st December 1999. Luan joined the team originally as dental receptionist and has gained a wealth of experience in customer care over the past 15 years including a qualification in customer service (NVQ level 3). Following A levels, Luan worked at Lightwater Valley theme park as the Guest Relations officer within the park and also completed a degree in Fashion and textiles at Newcastle.

Dealing with the public over the years has enhanced her natural empathy and understanding of patients needs and she will always endeavour to make your visit to the practice as comfortable and informative as possible. Luan helps people to overcome their fear of going to see the dentist with her cheerful, gentle manner.

Luan is currently undertaking a foundation degree in Leadership and Management which she hopes to complete 2011. Luan is currently on maternity leave.
